The Democratic Party is now on trial as it cannot exist without the support of tenants in San Francisco. That good Democrat, Willie Brown, and 3 Democratic supervisors, Tony Hall, Leland Yee and Gavin Newsom, have declared war on the workingclass of San Francisco. Our response must be to not only demand passage of McGoldrick\'s TIC legislation but also to evict Willie Brown, who sits in office with 40% of the vote plus election fraud and now has only 20% support. That election fraud was committed in the same manner as in the 49er Stadium Swindle illegal election of June 3, 1997. See http://www.brasscheck.com/stadium. His election fraud team includes, but is not limited to, his totally unnecessary press office, his 600 plus special assistants, the Housing Authority, Glide Church, Walden House, TURF, Nation of Islam, A. Philip Randolph Institute, and many others. The election fraud is paid for by the ruling class represented by the Democratic and Republican Central Committees and the Chamber of Commerce, for whom Willie Brown speaks and works. This current election fraud team, a sequel to the Peoples\' Temple of 1975 (see the html \"jonestown\" in the Election Fraud website above), has been operating from and including Brown\'s 1995 \"election\" in every election.

Please call and write the three \"swing\" votes below, Mark Leno, Sophie Maxwell and Gerardo Sandoval and attend both hearings if you can.

On Friday, June 29, Mayor Brown vetoed the TIC legislation that would have provided eviction protections for renters. On Monday, July 9, 2001, at 1 PM, we will serve an eviction notice on Mayor Willie Brown for \"Creating a Nuisance.\"

Under Mayor Willie Brown, San Francisco has faced the worst housing crisis since the 1906 earthquake. Brown\'s legacy will be a legacy of eviction and displacement. Brown\'s administration stood by and did nothing while tenants were being evicted at intolerable rates, and then rubber-stamped unaffordable housing developments that further disrupted our communities.

Join us on Monday to serve the eviction notice on the Mayor. We will gather on steps for brief rally and then go upstairs to the Mayor\'s office. Next we will go to the Board of Supervisor\'s meeting to see how the Supervisors vote.

Before Monday, we need people to call the Supervisors to urge them to override the Mayor\'s veto.

The outstanding San Francisco Tenants Union has joined the call to Evict Willie Brown for his attack on tenants when he vetoed Supervisor McGoldrick's Tenants in Common legislation. If you are a tenant in San Francisco and not a member, consider joining. The fee is whatever you can pay and you get an outstanding Tenants' Handbook that explains the landlord-tenant and rent control laws in terms working people understand. You also get counseling on your landlord-tenant problems. Whenever there is an issue regarding tenants presented at City Hall or on the ballot, you get announcements mailed to you. You also receive a quarterly tabloid, The Tenant Times, for in-depth analysis of issues concerning tenants in San Francisco. The SF Tenants Union is a completely grassroots effort, of, by and for tenants, who constitute 2/3 of San Francisco's population and thus a serious political force representing most of the workingclass of San Francisco. The website is: http://www.sftu.org The phone number is 415/282-5525 nd the address is San Francisco Tenants Union,558 Capp Street, San Francisco, CA 94110.

On the night of December 13, 1997 and early morning of December 14, 1997, 10 days after the election fraud lawsuit concerning the 49er Stadium Swindle election of June 3, 1997, was filed, Delores Evans and 5 children, ages 7 months to 8 years, were murdered in a fire in their Housing Authority home. Delores Evans was about to testify as to the election fraud she witnessed in Bayview Hunters Point where she was a pollworker. The fire inspector told the Chronicle-Examiner that they could have escaped but someone stopped them. Willie Brown stayed up all night to make sure that fire burned. Willie Brown was the clear coordinator of this election fraud team and was proud of his promotion of the 49er Stadium Swindle. This story is documented in the dedication to the memory of Delores Evans and the 5 children at the beginning of the Election Fraud website at http://www.brasscheck.com/stadium.

On January 9, 1999, the story of Delores Evans and 5 children was made public in a Complaint on Election Fraud given to the press and to the Sunshine Task Force of the Board of Supervisors. No newspaper, radio to TV station has ever bothered to publicize this section of the Complaint. The San Francisco Bay Guardian did announce the filing of this complaint on January 20, 1999, January 27, 1999 and March 10, 1999.

The press has publicized the activities of another member of Willie Brown's election fraud team, Charlie Walker, as both Brown and Walker, both good black Democrats, participated in destroying San Francisco's affirmative action programs with the use of black fronts for white contractors. Charlie Walker provided the trucks to take the ballot boxes on June 3, 1997 and on December 12, 1999, Brown's "re-election" runoff, to an unknown location to tamper with them. Those metal boxes are supposed to be locked and sealed. The person who checks them out of the elections deparment one of the pollworkers, is supposed to return them, and sign for them, both checking out and checking in.

Here are the pertinent excerpts:
(a) Delores Evans:
"However, the inspector of precinct 3005, Delores Evans, a potential witness, was prevented from testifying to the seemingly obvious fraud that occurred at the precinct for which she was responsible. A little more than a year ago, on December 14, 1997, the home of Delores Evans was burned to the ground. She and five children, her daughter and four grandchildren in her care, died in the suspicious blaze. This tragedy, beyond its human suffering, was a setback for voters in San Francisco who were left without their potential main witness in a lawsuit against the election. This grizzly murder served to discourage other witnesses. No one has come forward since. (Exhibit H.)"

(b) "39 boxes of ballots were turned in three hours after the closing of the polls, in an election that had only six simple yes and no questions, with no write-in candidates or other extraneous issues that might explain a delay. Also several boxes seem to have been submitted without a turn-in time. Three of the watertight boxes were inexplicably wet, one so badly that the ballots could not be counted until they were "dried out in a microwave" The Department of Elections will not substantiate the whereabouts of the ballots or who was in possession of them. A contract for 'moving ballot equipment' in the November 1997 election was awarded to Charlie Walker (Exhibit K, Page 3). This may shed some light on the ballots' whereabouts during the June 1997 election, but the department will not disclose any information that will confirm or deny that possibility. Who had the ballots for 3 hours? No one knows. No one was hired, nobody signed anything--They would have us believe that 160,000 voted ballots were transported around from place to place without any organization."

A similar fire occurred in Hunters Point on May 2, 2000, reported in the San Francisco Chronicle on May 3, 2000. A woman, Nedra Kendrick, was killed in a fire in her home in Hunters Point which the news article describes as suspicious and with no obvious cause, according to the fire captain. Kendrick was helping prosecutors in a case concerning bank robbers. The inspectors found the word "snitch" scrawled on the side of her home.

In other words, Willie Brown's election fraud witness murderers still live in town, and by now, are certainly known to the police.

San Francisco has been experiencing a reign of terror since Brown's "election" as mayor in 1995, and it will not end until Brown is out of office. He currently sits in office with 40% of the vote plus election fraud, and now has 20% support. There are now two grounds on which we can demand his resignation: (1) He is legally blind; and (2) He is criminally insane. The murder of Delores Evans and 5 children is certainly absolute proof of the second reason. Willie Brown should also be disbarred as he has no business being an attorney.

This story will continue to be told until Willie Brown is out of office, if only to save all our lives. The very least anyone can do is stop voting for the Democrat-Republicans. Willie Brown was the epitome of the "liberal Democrat" until the truth became known while he sat in the mayor's office. He never was a liberal, and has now shown his true fascist colors by attacking every progressive community and organization in San Francisco, with his latest being the attack on tenants.
