thanks for doing that, dan. Just wondering, what are you using to encode into realvideo? I've noticed the videos you're uploading tend to be more like a slide presentation and not much motion. You may try lowering the bit rate on both the video and audio and the frame rate to something like 15 fps, I think. If you have the option to prefer the image quality or smoothness of the motion I would maybe try the option in between the two. And also aim for at least 56k users.

Amazing you should ask. I mostly use the real producer slide show option. this gives crisp images of banners, signs speakers et al and is viewable at 28k. Even at 56 k real surestream is not good for motion.

The 28k slideshow I'm using is best for anything but action.

New software coming out. RealProducer.

I want that we get beyond "real" to open source. Meanwhile, the latest, free real producer let me do this.
