Please shed some light on logging operations in Freshwater Ca.
REMEDY was removed last night from her tree sit, approximately five days before her anniversary there. A direct attempt to discourage any media coverage her anniversary may have yielded.
California Highway patrol and Humboldt county sheriffs established a roadblock, preventing residence, concerned citizens and "Impartial Observers" from proceeding up a public road to observe these evictions. Some believe that aside from constitutional reference of free travel on public roads, the legal order pertaining to the roadblock could possibly be a ruse. California Highway Dept. had no such records on file.
Please cover this. Please I beg of you, let the public decide. If you need more information feel free to contact me. I am not an activist, but a believer in impartial media.
So far there is rumor of police using pepper spray, and water to deter people from observing this. Mind you that in the national spot light, a case in the supreme court was just won by a group of girls, who had pepper spray "applied" to there eyes with cotton swabs by local police. (E.P.D.)
