Right now as we speak, in the rain, 3 climbers are scaling Jerry, the largest Redwood on the hillside in Freshwater for the 2nd time. On Monday Remedy was grinded out of her lockbox and removed from her home of 361 days and arrested.

Already forests defenders have lost Utopia, Wind dancer, and Robin. These trees have supported them for the last few months through all the elements.

PLEASE COME SHOW SUPPORT FOR THESE TREESITTERS. Pacific Lumber employees are risking the treesitters lives as well as their own by climbing the trees to evict them.
pacific lumber has declared that they will be evicting treesitters in freshwater until they are all removed. forest defenders are willing to give their lives for these trees so this battle for the lives of our ancestors can go on for a long time. daily, protesters have been gathering to support the people in the trees. At this time of escalating war with Iraq the national media has been focusing on our attack on iraq and the forest defence movement and these dangerous procedures taken by pl have not been getting enough coverage. so far the climbers have been focused on removing all the women activists in the trees: something to contemplate. Please please show support for the treesitters. hey have been blocking the greenwood heights road in freshwater. there has been some discripancies about whether or not this is a legal blockade or not. The lives of our dear friends are indangered.
