Berkeley Student Contingent

The Berkeley Stop the War Coalition is proud to lead a contingent of Berkeley students to the Mass Mobilization Against the Occupation of Iraq in
San Francisco this Saturday, October 25. Once in San Francisco, we will meet up with students from other campuses and march united under the banner
of the Campus Antiwar Network.

Initiated by United for Peace and Justice and International ANSWER, the rally and march should serve to re-invigorate the antiwar movement, give
confidence to activists around the country, and show the world that we have not forgotten about the people of Iraq or the U.S. soldiers being used as
cannon fodder in Bush's drive for empire. Over 5000 people turned out to protest the Occupation on September 28 -- and more are expected on Saturday.
