MOST INFORMATION WILL COME FROM THE POLICE

The City of Oakland wants the right to REQUIRE
landlords to evict anyone that is being targeted
by the City of Oakland as a NUISANCE.
The City of Oakland wants the POWER to get around the
landlords and obtain the right to directly EVICT any
individual residing in a rental unit, condominium rental unit,
or renter in commercial properties that is considered a nuisance
by the City of Oakland.
THE NUISANCE EVICTION PROGRAM
Basic new tasks for the City if passed:
*Reviewing cases for possible eviction.
*Assembling reports and other materials for evidence
collection to be used against the renters.
*Preparing and sending notices to landlords and
tenants requiring eviction.
*Following up to determine compliance.
*Monitoring or approving settlements.
*Handling evictions.
*Issuing nuisance citations when there is no compliance.
Are you ready to have the Oakland Police (The RIDERS) collect and

SNITCHES IN THE HOOD/NEIGHBORHOOD LAW CORPS
The Public Nuisance Ordinance (PNO) was created by the following team; Neighborhood Law Corps, Oakland Police Department, Council Aides, & the City Attorney's Office.
NEIGHBORHOOD LAW CORPS
Definition: Privately funded attorneys, that reside in 5 districts
of Oakland in the hood. They are the eyes and the ears of the PIGS.
Located in the Eastmont area, West Oakland area, Brookfield area,
Lower San Antonio/Eastlake area, and Fruitvale area.
Though privately funded, they have the power to board up blighted
buildings and shut them down in Oakland.
They have offices set up in 5 districts, but reside in the heart of the
hood in each area to be snitches for the PIGS. They look like regular
people, may even appear as a married couple, but they keep an eye on the hood and are completely unknown by their neighbors that are being spied upon.
Welcome to East Germany or the Fascist State of Oakland!
Their payed $35,000 per year to snitch on their neighbors.
