Mumia's life hangs in the balance. We estimate that we have not much more than a year to mobilize the mass forces that will make the price of Mumia's continued incarceration, not to mention execution, too high to pay.

April 24 protests will focus on Mumia's freedom and will seek to engage all those who support the many issues Mumia has fought for since his imprisonment. We will reach out to antiwar activists and defenders of civil liberties and all others who understand the racist nature of the U.S. criminal justice system.
