Viva!USA Needs your help with Vegan Basics!

If you are looking for a New Year's Resolution that is more personal and long-term, consider going vegan (if you aren't already), or convincing a friend to do so!

Vegan Basics is still being revised, and we still need your help to keep our popular publication up-to-date and complete!

We are appealing to all of you to assist us in making sure vegan options are fully represented by our guide. Please check your kitchen and refrigerator and let us know which vegan items you use that are not currently listed in our guide. New vegan items appear every year, and there are many more products on the market that are "vegan by accident" (products whose ingredients happen to be vegan, but are not made by vegan companies or with vegans in mind). Without your help, it's unlikely we'll be able to track them all down!
