New Roseville Food Not Bombs
a new chapter of Food Not Bombs started yesterday in Placer County.
Roseville Food Not Bombs served its first meal yesterday to about 30 people. The event was a great success and received quite a bit of support from the local community. Students, homeless, and workers gathered to share a vegan meal, take home mutual aid groceries and play a game of catch. People also brought instruments and performed live music. It was an incredible experience of community building and people acting directly to meet common needs.
Roseville FnB will serve every Wednsday at 4:30pm in Royer Park on Douglas Blvd, close to I-80.
