Bayview Hunters Point moms, residents and allies delivered a 30 day notice to PG&E. They demanded a meeting with CEO Peter Darvey but of course, were not allowed in or near the corporate headquarters. PG&E instead sent Sr. Public Relations director, Guillermo Rodriguez to accept the 30 day notice-but did not comment!

Another problem with PG&E is their lease to Sierra Pacific Industries practicing clearcut logging on sensitive volcanic soil slopes in Lassen county. Seems like PG&E is leasing the land to SPI so they can pay for needlessly continuing operations of should be defunct natural gas power plants and their polluting smokestacks at Hunter's Point/Bayview..
Another example to show the character of PG&E in their uncaring approach towards both forest ecosystem and human health..
