SECOND ATTEMPT ON FATHER JEAN-JUSTE'S LIFE (from Friday)

by via Kiilu
3/25: I am just on the phone with father Jean-Juste, I mean right now, He says he was doing an interview with KPFA in Los Angeles when police cars started shooting at the rectory/church. He can't finish the interview.

Here are the photos from last nights attack on Father Jean-Juste. I don't send attachments with the bulk e-mails that's why you didn't get them before. I talked to Jean-Juste this morning. He sounded empty and exhausted. We should be alerting the world to this. The man's life is in immediate danger. Notice how the doors where wired shut from the inside. Notice also that without being summoned the police somehow where at his front door at 1 am last night. ML

PS.
I am just on the phone with father Jean-Juste, I mean right now, He says he was doing an interview with KPFA in Los Angeles when police cars started shooting at the rectory/church. He can't finish the interview.

Please RAW contact the U.S. Embassy and all others.

Obviously last night didn't get the job done and they are determineD to liquidate Jean-Juste.

Please international folks, get on the phone. I will call a few U.S. Senators. and cc this to the U.S. Embassy (c/o- griffithsdm [at] state.gov) as time is of the essence.

Father jean juste says there is lot of firing on his church, just as with Nov. 29th. They are firing on him as I write this.

Haitian Police swat in black..... He cannot stay on the line.

SUBJECT: Fwd: Re: God' saves me from attacker by midnight at the church of St. Clare's
Dear Friends, Journalists and all,

After the Thursday's cold blood deadly shooting on Lavalas peaceful marchers by 11:00 a.m., 12 hours later a stranger almost gets me by my back door at St. Claire's church in Tiplas Kazo, North of Port-au-Prince, 2 miles East of the Haiti International airport. I yelled and the man escaped sliding down the outside stairs from my working room. Regardless it was closed to midnight, people stayed on watch and a few minutes past midnight one man was caught.

An affidavit is being taken from him and I'll offer a press conference after the 6:00 a.m. religious march scheduled by the church for this Friday March 25, 2005 the 25th anniversary of the assassination of Archbishop Oscar Romeo in El Salvador. Two cars seemed like police has arrived at the rectory where I've been arrested last October 13, 2004. I put a stop now. The story will follow later on. Thanks. God's blessings to you all. Fr. Gerard Jean-Juste (509) 405-3244.

Continued with photos and above earlier statement...

Yes, the police has arrived fast even though we have not called them. They took our attacker away and alive. We have a service at six, we'll just send you some photos in the attach files. Happy Easter to all the christians and nice week-end to all the other friends. Gerard

Note: Photo #293 is mine, the three others are the assailant's (photos taken at night.)
