DENY ROMIC'S PERMIT

After 14 years of allowing Romic to operate and violate regulations, despite having no full permits and environmental impact reports, the state Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) will be holding a hearing to take in public comments on Romic's EIR.

YUCA and the East Palo Alto community demand that DTSC DENY ROMIC's PERMIT

NOW! Our community has been waiting for this event for 14 years. For

fourteen years, East Palo Alto residents have been carrying the burden of a negligent toxic waste plant AND an equally negligent government agency. DTSC's reckless behavior has given cause for a call to action.
