San Francisco's Department of Public Works in Action - never!

by Francisco Da Costa (frandacosta [at] att.net)
The Bus Stop at Arleta and San Bruno Aveue by the Seven Eleven Store has been hit by a MUNI bus and it ready to topple down. Now will the SF Department of Public Works repair this concrete toilet - or will it simply wait till some one get hurts and millions of dollars are given out as compensation. MUNI, DPW, and the SF City and County of San Francisco do not care about real, concrete - Health and Safety issues. Here is one great example - weeks have gone by.
The Bus Stop by Arleta and San Bruno Avenue right by the Seven Eleven where so many buses stop has been hit by a MUNI bus and no one cares to remove the shaky concrete Restroom knocked off its foundation.

It is just a matter of time before some gets hurt and million are shelled out as compensation.
Do we have some priortiy when it comes to Health and Safety issues.

Now if we have the Big One and it is spelled in this month's National Geographic - how will we attend to loses we suffer with our infrastructure?
