Asst. DA John Zahar has replaced vacationing prosecutor Richard Hechler.
Testimony is expected to begin today in Dept 602 in Judge Dennis Mitchell's court at 400 McAllister St. at 9 AM.
Mr. Juzbasic remains confident his innocence will be affirmed by the court.
