Mayor Newsom simply does not get it - the 49ers are simply not interest in San Francisco
Mayor Gavin Newsom has it all wrong - you can take the horse to the edge of the water but you cannot force it to drink. Doctor John York will not bow down to the wishful thinking of Gavin Newsom a young punk of a Mayor - who has NO credibility. The Mayor cannot manage his own life - and now wants to make decisions that involve the 49ers when all this time he has said one thing and done another. Professional men do not behave as do Gavin Newsom - he is a spoilt brat.Nothing good comes from Gavin Newsom.
There is no way the City and County of San Francisco can abate and create mitigation measures at the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
This City does not have the money. The voters will never, ever fund the stupid designs of the Mayor to build a Stadium on a toxic dump - more polluted by radiological elements.
The Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is a Superfund Site. Only the worse of the worst toxic sites are placed under the Superfund Sites.
Lennar BVHP LLC has a track record of building homes on toxic hot spots.
It also has a history of discrimination and blatant disregard for standards. It is known widely that it has connections with drug cartels and will buy folks left, right, and center to get what is wants.
That is what it has been doing - paying off people and buying its way to develop.
Lennar BVHP LCC will fail on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. I have said it before and I will say it again.
Lennar BVHP LLC will have to cut its losses and leave and the sooner it does it the better.
Leannar BVHP LLC has one law suit that its own employees have filed against it for blatant discrimination.
Lennar BVHP LLC has another where with intent it bombarded innocent children for a long, long time. A near by school belonging to the Nation of Islam. Lennar BVHP LLC tried to shun away from its responsibilities but this time around - it has met its match.
The City and County of San Francisco, our inept Mayor Gavin Newsom, other cronies of the Mayor think they can get away with murder. But, this time around they will bring about their own down fall.
The Navy has stated in very clear terms that is does not have the money to clean the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard soon. For sure it does not have the money to clean the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard in 10 years.
Parcel E will require 2 Billion to clean up. It is very toxic. In all one requires at least 5 Billion to clean the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard yard to standards.
San Franciscans are NOT dumb but for sure our Mayor is. 87 percent of the voters linked to Proposition P - mandated the City and County of San Francisco to clean up the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard to residential standards.
Gavin Nesom knows this but will not follow the will of the people. He is listening to crooks and corrupt forces like Lennar BVHP LLC and those that fund his chest - like the power behind Treasure Island another fiasco waiting to happen.
Now, Mayor Gavin Newsom thinks he can use Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein to back his crazy dream and make reality of his wishful thinking - build a stadium and keep the 49ers. That will not happen - ever.
The 49ers play but 10 games a year and it is NOT worth investing all that money from what ever source to keep the 49ers when Doctor John York and his son Jed York - want out.
Gavin Newsom can try all he wants - but he will fail.
The Hunters Point Naval Shipyard has very serious radiological clean up issues.
Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein have never, ever tried to visit the people around Hunters Point. Never ever offered the thousands that have died of cancer and other chronic diseases any succor.
Mayor Gavin Newsom is a pathetic liar and a Media Spin master who loves to deceive people. One has just to study in personal life and his personal affairs in the last 3 years. He is a pathetic loser.
Aiding the Mayor are some Black sellout the likes of which they world has not seen - Uncle Toms and House Negroes that have done their people wrong. Most of them receive money from Lennar BVHP LLC to tow the line. They all have blood on their hands.
Bottom line the 49ers will not fall for any ploy and especially NOT for any nonsense that comes from Room 200 at City Hall. Mayor Gavin Newsom is a loser and will be a loser.
The 49ers should build a nice stadium and in an area that does not adversely affect the health of the fans. Right now that is exactly what is happening in and around Candlestick Park. It is polluted and surrounded by pollution.
Most of the 49er fans are NOT from San Francisco - more are from the Santa Clara area and surrounding area away from San Francisco. Those are just the facts.
No one is talking about Cumulative Pollution. Even as the slow clean up is happening - the area around the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is being polluted.
