Bayview Hunters Point is NOT the domain of Mayor Gavin Newsom and his cronies
There is a court case pending halting any development in the Project Area that includes over 2568 acres in the Bayview Hunters Point. The entire Project Area that the SF Redevelopment Agency can do nothing about - and that message holds good for Mayor Gavin Newsom, Lennar BVHP LLC, his cronies and the sell outs mostly Black in the Bayview Hunters Point. 33,200 signatures were collected and 33,200 San Franciscans cannot be wrong. So, back off Gavin Newsom and get real.
Mayor Gavin Newsom is fooling himself when without ever mentioning about the 33,200 signatures and a pending Court Case linked to the 33,200 signatures and San Francisco Redevelopment Agency and the Project Area some 2568 acres directly and indirectly targeted for development in the Bayview Hunters Point.
There has NOT been one single meaningful dialog in the community.
The Bayview Hunters Point has many Latinos, too many Samoans, many Asians - but the Mayor and his cronies continue to project that Blacks are the only ones that matter.
The BVHP Project Area Committee (PAC) is illegal. Only during its first two years did it conduct itself legally. The rest of the years it continues to function illegally.
The BVHP PAC has no Samoan representation, no Asian representation from the community, no real Latino representation from the community that the majority of the Latino community approves, and the mess goes on and on.
The few Blacks that have been on the take and making vague statements have no clue about the Housing Element.
Have never read a sound Transportation Document.
Do not know how to make sense of an Environmental Impact Report - in short have NOT participated in one single San Francisco Planning Workshop and given some concrete input about the Bayview Hunters Point area.
Plans of an African Market is a joke. The African American community is dwindling. Asians, Latinos, Whites are on the increase. And here are some fools talking about an African Market.
We do not have one single Supermarket worth its salt on 3rd Street. In fact we do not have one single good store on 3rd Street.
Over $100 million leaches out of Bayview Hunters Point because most people go out of the area to shop.
They will shop on San Bruno Street, go to the Mission, South of Market to the Costo, anywhere but in the neighborhood.
Health and Safety are serious concerns. The District 10 Supervisor does not comprehend what that means. Her cronies on the take, including Black Pastors are a disgrace to the human race.
Killings, shooting, HIV positive patients, prostitutes, car break ins, stealing, looting, domestic violence, you name it - have reached the limit. Check out the daily Incident Reports.
The District 10 Supervisor has been on the take. First led by Roy Willis and now by other elements including that weasel Koffi Bonner who works for Lennar BVHP LLC first and the community last. Never mind that he is from Africa and Nigeria.
It is disgusting how things are being done without any due process.
Some folks signed to represent the community. Then in two days they all were sworn in by the Mayor. These folks purport to represent the community - when most of them are NOT educated on issues.
These committees that have little knowledge about real City planning, have never, ever read the Housing Element, have never ever seen a Transportation Document less held it in their hand, these folks are all sworn in to represent their community.
Missing on these hastily sworn in bodies are - Samoans, Latinos, Asians, others that matter and from the community.
This is really not the way any good process in conducted. All this under the watchful eye of Mr. Bait and Switch, Media and Spin Master - Gavin Newsom.
Where is the Main Media on this one? Where is the Federal Bureau of Investigation? Where are all the decent people from San Francisco?
We have over 450 toxic hot spots in the Bayview Hunters Point and that does not include Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. The 450 toxic hot spots is the responsibility of the City and County to clean up and they have done nothing. Done nothing I repeat for the last 30 years.
The SF Health Department looks the other way when it comes to the clean up of the 450 toxic hot spots. For every 50 cubic feet of earth moved on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - the SF Health Department is paid. Ever heard of such nonsense.
Lennar BVHP LLC has everyone on the payroll. Buying folks left, right, and center.
Lennar BVHP LLC is into Land Banking - they want to steal the land and make money of it - quick and easy and leave the innocent holding the bag. Lennar BVHP has a track record - building homes on toxic land.
There are two major court cases against Lennar BVHP LLC one brought about by its own employees - all Blacks - this is a class action suit and points towards blatant discrimination.
Another one brought about by the Nation of Islam for adversely impacting young children at the Muhammad University by 195 Kiska Road on Hunters Point by Public Housing.
There are several other small court cases all in the pipe line and all against Lennar BVHP LLC.
Now, here is Mayor Gavin Newsom, trying to convince us that all is well.
All is not well - this City and County of San Francisco has to deal with the 33,200 signatures and the impending Court Case. No one will settle this case - it will go to trial and the people will win.
Doctor John York the owner of the 49ers has stated clearly that he does not want to deal with Mayor Gavin Newsom.
The 49ers should move to a healthy place and not entertain fans near a Superfund Site.
It will take at least $5 Billion to clean up the area - parcel B, C, D, E, and F which is the Bay on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. All contaminated by lead, PCBs, mercury, and a host of radiological elements.
Right now, there is a raging fire under Parcel E and the Mayor wants his new stadium to be placed exactly there. Now, here is a Caligula - this Mayor has not only lost his marbles but his brains.
Parcel E is very toxic and it will take billions to clean it up.
Stop listening to the fool and the grandiose plans that prop up from the Mayor head who has lost it.
The Mayor cannot fight his own personal battles - now he want to lead others and this City not knowing what is good for himself.
How can a person try to lead others when he himself is in dire need of help. Mayor Gavin Newsom is sick and he should retreat to some hospital for a long, long time.
He wants to fake it, he is fake, and nothing good comes from faking. Get real.
