Local ICE Raids: Five detained in Watsonville, Two in Capitola

That proportion isn't the exception, either. In fact it's the rule: so far in 2008, only 300 out of 1,620 human beings arrested are called "criminal aliens" by the Senile. So for every "criminal" that ICE picks up, four more people are the acceptable colateral damage.

We have to document these raids, so we have video when they hang out at schoolyards waiting for parents to pick up their kids, so we are there to document illegal home invasion-style raids, so everyone sees the truth--that ICE takes mothers away from breastfeeding babies, that ICE makes kids come home from school to find their parents gone, that ICE knocks on the door lying about who they are, that ICE disappears community leaders and breadwinners and big brothers, that ICE detention centers are the new Indian schools, the local Guantanamos, the latest Halliburton money makers; and that ICE only gets someone with a criminal record one out of five times.
