Ploys to drive poor people from areas to make room for those that are super corrupt.

All over California - neighborhoods that once nurtured minorities are being wiped out by corrupt politicians and those forces that will execute fake laws and other dangerous ploys - to adversely impacted human beings without any consideration.

In the Bayview Hunters Point in San Francisco - the neighborhoods that once enjoyed peace and normalcy have been turned on purpose into a war zone.

We once saw this happen in neighborhoods bordering Los Angeles and thought nothing of it - Gang Injunctions. It is another matter when the Injunction hit near your back yard and closer to your home and neighborhood.

Most affected Blacks, Latinos, poor Whites, and people of color in general.

We saw and heard of developers on the East Coast adversely impacting neighborhoods and really never thought much harm would come to San Francisco, the Bayvew Hunters Point for sure - and touch the very core of the hood. It has already - happened.

Earlier we witnessed the demons - land containers of arms, drugs, and other paraphernalia and local politicians look the other way. Advocates took a stand but their pleas fell on deaf ears.

Even as the neighborhoods were decimated the Mayor, the SF Board of Supervisors, the Law Enforcement Local, State, and Federal looked the other way.

So called politicians that are supposed to represent - pretended nothing was happening.

As I said early we heard of Injunctions in the Los Angeles area and knew about Watts and Compton but thought little that what was implemented there - would come to bite us here in San Francisco and in the butt.

Some of us were well informed about the Pacific Height Mafia. Even when we said what we said others looked at us - crazy on the local scene.

These developer thugs in San Francisco that control down town corporate buildings - buying and selling them - like pimps plying whores - is but a game.

Millions of dollars are spent to buy the SF Planning Department, some under the table - deals made to keep Law Enforcement smiling and fat, the politicians are sent on trips and their fat packets of money delivered in foreign lands, and all this and more - in very corrupt San Francisco.

The worst scum of the earth politicians are found in San Francisco. Some are Black and they come in other colors - all have sold their souls and most turn against anyone that comes in their way. All will sell their Mothers for a penny!

Large areas in the Bayview Hunters Point were first designated as Survey areas and no one paid attention to this fact. The Shipyard with thousands of acres that was out of the Survey and Project Area was fast tracked to become a Project Area. Part of the Redevelopment Agency process that is a quasi-State agency. It thrives of tax increment, loans, lies and false promises.

Then just like that some dirty politicians in 2002 - made a trip to Washington DC to transfer Parcel A one of the many parcels on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. The others being B,C,D,E, and F.

Never mind in the year 2000 - eighty seven percent of the constituents of San Francisco - voted for Proposition P and mandated that all of the Shipyard be cleaned to residential standards.

The reason was simple Hunters Point is Superfund Site - and one of the ten worst sites in the United States of America.

This fact is endorsed by all the leading Regulatory Agencies - the Environmental Protect Agency, the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, and so on. But, when it comes to doing some holistic - helping the people, addressing health and safety - these vermin look the other way.

When the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency saw that some of us did not like their idea of expanding their Survey Area to cover over 2568 acres directly and indirectly they were not pleased.

I was looking at the Pacific Height Mafia and who was behind the scene. The same suspects - greedy to the core who will represent their pockets more, their ego and greed, and do all in their power to get rid of poor people.

We collected 33,200 signatures with great effort and shocked San Francisco and especially the San Francisco Board of Supervisors and the many corrupt on this Board that take money.

Soon, we were challenged by the Mayor of San Francisco, the City Attorney, and those that should have been protecting the poor and those that need help.

Our attempt to put a Ballot Measure was foiled on a technicality that was trumped up. Such are the devious machinations of those that breathe evil every single second.

In the Bayview Hunters Point sixty percent own homes and the rest rent. Most of those that rent in large numbers live in Public Housing.

In the rest of San Francisco - sixty percent rent and the rest in the minority own homes. This favors the Pacific Heights Mafia - who live in the rich areas - and they want to control the rest of the City and County of San Francisco - some seven miles square - by any means necessary.

These rich scum bags want to drive the people away they bring in Rogue Developers who has funneled million of dollars to anyone that will execute their Master Plan - the gentrification of a large area - never mind how many people are shot, killed, harmed by adverse impacts.

In the Bayview Hunters Point - life is not worth anything much to these vermin who want the poor people out - and these scum bags will not blink an eye - while our children and elders - die. They have no compassion and so must now be treated as they have been want to do - others

Soon, Oakdale a small area in San Francisco and a Public Housing area - was designated an area with gangs and an Injunction imposed.

Some of us first laughed at this notion - because, we thought the jerks that were imposing this Injunction knew better - we knew of gangs in the Mission and China town in San Francisco that had clout - but zeroing on the Oakdale Public Housing - was indeed a joke.

Some of us made known that we needed to stand united and that these ploys were coming to your neighborhood but no one listened. Wake up San Francisco! The bums are a coming in full force - next it will be your wife, sister, mother, child.

Soon - Injunctions followed in the Mission and the Western Addition in San Francisco.

Loud noises were heard - too late - damage was done and the City Attorney was brimming with joy. He has used nuisance cases - to bring charges and over-night impacted hundreds of families and thousands of others - relatives and friends.

Hundreds of folks many innocent were put on the Injunction List. Once on the Injunction List a dog has more rights then a human being. The Injunction and its contents reduces human beings to non-entities and all this in the year 2008.

Some of us took the matter to Court - but we saw that even Judges were siding with the authorities that were corrupt to the core.

We notice Injunction ploys had some affinity to developers and development. When some developers need land and saw there was lots of it - and found that the poor community was not KOSHER - then every ploy was used to wipe out that community.

Lennar a Rogue Company that is at this moment drowning in a cesspool of its own making - has been backing and financing such ploys and scams in San Francisco and else where.

Lennar has bought all the politicians, the Law Enforcement, the Regulatory Agencies, any pariah dog with fleas and ticks - to do its dirty deed.

Now, we have Jerry Brown with a Jesuit training and so-called values making appearances in Watts and Oakdale - pretending to be the new Sheriff in town. He has forgotten that his many tries to be President of the United States - failed.

We, the people do not want a rogue former Governor, former sissy Mayor of Oakland, and now confused and confounded California Attorney General - to suddenly throw in his hat - in the coming Governor race and for a moment think he will succeed.

People are NOT stupid - you played with Linda, and the man that divorced you - you are a wishy washy dirty rag - that will not be recognized - least respected by millions of constiutents for your recent - actions.

Innocent people are rounded up with blanket charges - we see this all over California - using the Injunction as a ploy. The Main Press has been silent. Advocates are not united and the "thugs" are feeding the frenzy with disinformation.

It is fine for Politicians to make decisions that kill innocent people - as long as all those involved in the process are bought, fed, and pampered - and Judges and Justice - looks the other way.

In the Bayview Hunters Point thousands are suffering because of Gang Injunctions, Intimidation, Discrimination, Bombardment of heavy metals, radiological elements, and so on and no one gives a rat's ass.

The corrupt those in Washington DC, the political skunks, the local vermin, the developers all got together and spent over $5 million to out spend our Proposition F. We the peoplet could only afford a meager $10,000 but we made them spent over $5 million.

People power counts and must be organized on all levels to meet the demons face to face and be defeated by organized people power, well educated on issues, and ready to sound the clarion call - gather disciplined forces at a moment's notice.

The good news is Lennar the developers that wanted it all - is drowning in its own cesspool. And shame on those that supported the ploys of Lennar. Some dent was made and some politicians are learning their lesson.

Now, we have Proposition 6 and this is State Ballot to inflict more harm on innocent constituents using stringent laws that penalize the poor - that are not given opportunities in the first place.

A simple infringement of the law - can sent 14 years olds, grandmothers, the whole family to oblivion. The paradox the authors of Proposition 6 are the same scum bags - who authored the Three Strikes Law.

These folks tried Injunctions, they tried dividing the hood, dumping drugs and guns to shoot and kill one another, they tried every dirty trick.

Now they are using slick cock-eyed laws to wipe out a poor population- much like the Nazis did in Germany and dictators do every single day where they have no rights but have to abide to dictators and dictates that harm more and heal less.

Never mind the ones funding these laws in California are mostly very corrupt Whites, who made huge amount of money by illegally selling a product and have sufficient now to buy the scum bag - politicians - dime a dozen.

Incarceration is a trillion dollar business.

The jails must be packed so that some one can use Slave Labor to make money. May the laws made by the authors of these unjust laws - burn in hell forever and may the many politicians that back these laws - too.

Some politicians will do anything to back the developers - case in point Lennar Corporation.

Even when the politicians know that Lennar is losing they are too proud to admit it - but God will bring Lennar to its knees, and I said four years ago. But, Lennar is just a tip of the iceberg.

Proposition 6 aka the Safe Neighborhood Act must be killed - incinerated, and buried.

An additional $350 million will be set aside of our tax payer money to the already $600 million - making a grand total of $950 million to give free access to corrupt Law Enforcement and Correctional Officers to have a hey day. This must not happen.

Mike Reynold better think twice - he sponsored the Three Strikes Initiative - you cannot fool all the people all the time. Proposition 6 sounds too good to be true and must be flushed down the commode.

Just like the recent Acorn sweep that some thought was right and are now learning was propped up to put Jerry Brown on the spot light - and give him some drab points - towards his run for Governor - is turning too sour. Jerry Brown followed his script and went to Watts - but it back fired and will back fire again and again.

Jerry Brown has forgotten to discern and will be disowned by the people. This time the people will speak the truth and you Jerry Brown with all your developer connections, the Shoresteins etc - will lose. You are a pathetic loser because you have harmed innocent - people - turned your back on decency.

As you age - you are becoming a fool - and when we meet I will tell this to your face - again.

In the Bayview Hunters Point we are winning and will make hell for the Lennar Corporation, the John Stewart Company that has not seen anything yet, and many more of the scum bags that have a vision tainted by the devil - himself.

It will never, ever be business as usual - we the people on many levels will attack - point by point - and bring about a change - never ever seen in the history of California. Aho.
