Dear All
I am proud to announce that two of the films produced by Ipso-facto Productions (In the Shadow of the Palms-Iraq and Bougainville: Our Island, Our Fight) are now available on iTunes. (Canada and USA)
Films on topics which I think you and your Organisation might find interesting?
Internet review:
- The film takes the form of a collection of interviews with people from different walks of life. When the bombs fall and people start dying, Coles-Janess manages with skill and intimacy to capture the shocking reality of this War.
'One of the most remarkable and moving documentaries ever made by an Australian' - The Age.
Wikipedia: - In the Shadow of the Palms is the only documentary filmed in Iraq prior to, during and after the fall of Saddam Hussein. It documents the changes in Iraqi society, and the lives of ordinary Iraqis by focusing on a cross-section of individuals.
You can find them by performing a search on iTunes Movies or by entering this link into your web browser:

I would certainly be very interested in reading your posts and comments on these films on iTunes or on the blog section of the MySpace site.

As with your Organisation, I want people to be able to enjoy various Cultures and Situations via Independent films and to achieve this, people have to be aware of the existence and availability of these films.
To help it would be greatly appreciated if you could make your, Friends (the Real, Facebook, MySpace, and others….), Family, Organisation Members and all and other potentially interested people aware of these Two Award Winning films. As an independent film Production, we need all the help we can get with awareness of these films.
We look forward in hearing from you and reading your comments and thoughts on the cyber pages and email!
