The Sacramento Area Black Caucus cordially invites you to a FREE praiseworthy and commemorative event for “BLACK HISTORY MONTH” (BHM). Sunday, February 22, 2015- 2:00pm-4:00pm venue and location is an organization with over 70 years of service in the historical Oak Park Community, the laudable Women’s Civic Improvement Center (WCIC), 3555 3rd Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95817. The program will feature: speakers, youth, book display and refeshments. The event is free and open to the public.
