Maggie of WTUL News and Views is joined in the station by Tom Zolot, program coordinator for the Center for Restorative Approaches (CRA). CRA is a New Orleans organization that works to provide schools, workplaces and other communities with training, consulting and facilitation of dialogue circles which improve communication, build relationships, reduce violence and allow those most impacted by conflict and wrongdoing to develop their own solutions for justice and well-being. Tom discusses restorative justice, alternative discipline policies in schools, and how relationships and communities can be built, supported, and repaired.
