Opponents of the Bayview Redevelopment Plan – who last year gathered 33,000 signatures to challenge it at the ballot box – yesterday filed for a court injunction to get the City to validate the signatures. Landlord Threatens Restraining Order Against Senior Tenant – For Paying Rent
As Jose Morales fights to save his home from the Ellis Act, his landlord has now threatened a restraining order against him if he continues to pay his rent.
