The California Domestic Workers Rights Coalition held a press conference at the Women's Building in San Francisco's Mission District October 7th. Various speakers told what they had done to aid the strikers, and several Local 2 members spoke. Renee Saucedo told how hotel management's attempt to round-up scabs in The Mission had been thwarted.
