FBI Report: Tree Revolt: Uprising against Christmas Slaughter

by Jason Meggs
The Forest Burning Idiots (FBI) have raided homes and seized footage to construct this alarmist documentary bringing to light the infamous Revolt of the Christmas Trees.

This documentary, obtained through the ardent efforts of activists using the Freedom of Information Act, originally aired as part of the People's Park film festival during an effort to raise awareness and defend The Park from an insidious plot to put more parking and less housing in Southside (which is home to only one park).

As trees continue to be cut down for the corporatist/consumerist/christian/capitalist carnage of car culture, resistance is spreading like a forest fire.

Tossed to the curb by uncaring gluttons of the sui-society, these magically empowered trees valiantly struggle to streetcenter, bravely withstanding the crushing persecution of car violence and righteously expressing their indignation and resolve, sometimes even with the ultimate sacrifice, that most potent protestation of self-immolation.

Through tree love, the tree radicals seek a tree society enlightened and depaved, rather than frightened and depraved.

Read between the lines of this "Reefer Madness" style FBI documentary to see clearcut where you stand.

This video had to be split into three parts due to IMC size constraints, and is presently only available in RealVideo format (a completely free no strings but annoying pop-ups player is available from corporate http://www.real.com/ just stay away from the "14 day free trial" and anything that wants money and you'll find it).

The nice thing about old christmas trees is that it hardly takes any fuel to start them burning.

I saw a sign along I-5 in Oregon: living solstice trees for rent!

Fat luck for anything so enlightened in fascist Berkeley, CA.

The season of slaughter is upon us. Living trees of mother earth are being sliced down, one or more per human box (like cars...) to symbolize uppity Man's dominance over nature..

I for one intend to help the trees protest . Any tree left at the curb has my help getting to the middle of the street!

This helps calm traffic, so I'll also be proudly protecting squirrels, birds, cats, dogs and humans from cars.

Happy cops love running cars into trees.

Tree Love in Full Effect!

Yo yo yo yo.

Sorry, turns out part 2 was rejected from youbloobie due to length. As usual their communication sucks.

Long-term dilemmas as early edits were encoded in realvideo due to impasses repeatedly trying to make mpegs and have no realvideo editor...time for video editing is time taken from other precious activities...

Music video portion deserves to be posted in its own right but dang I love it when the cop makes eyes to the disco cop car lights, special only to that for-web piece. (Available above on this story as part 2 at least).

Hey! Believe it or not I keep trying to make part 2 of that "cult classic", Revolt of the Christmas Trees, available online.

Egadz! So many problems.

Youscruugebluubg (Youtube), after oodles of problems getting in now that they merged with google finally allows the file size (it was juuuuust too big waaaay back when), but no longer accepts realvideo.

Indybay now allowed at least temporarily, it but it was horrible quality and disappeared from here with no explanation (conspiracy I tellsya!!!).

I spent some time trying to find a converter to make a newer file type but they all failed. Meanwhile, t'is the season!

Many trees don't hit the streets 'til mid-January and even February. They enjoy bike rides, obviously. You'd especially know that if you could watch part 2, which by all accounts now accounted for, is by far the best section of the film. (It includes the 'riot on telegraph' to the tune of Coup d'et Tat, voiced over with "Kill the Car" and all-new lyrics on a late night studio session on Bicycle Liberation Radio, 104.1FM, onceuponatime, complete with real police fleeing real trees; the sensual slow motion cop to disco lights as a transition to part 3 (after this real cop literally says the National Guard will be called in and all Christmas Trees will be rounded up and destroyed) and more!)

Also, treerevolt.org is not online at this time. Alternate link to come. Sorry!
